Terms of Use

Last updated: October 31, 2026

These terms sit alongside Apple's standard licence agreement for apps, which also applies to Walkey. By using Walkey, you agree to both.

Who we are

Walkey is provided by Paul Cantor, an individual based in Romania. You can reach us at help@walkeyapp.com.

What Walkey is, and isn't

Walkey helps you follow your steps and walks on iPhone and Apple Watch. It is a general wellness app, not a medical device, and it doesn't give medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise habit if you have a health condition, and stop if you feel unwell.

Step counts, distance, heart rate and similar numbers come from your devices and Apple Health. They are estimates, and they can differ from other apps or be late or missing. Pay attention to your surroundings when you walk.

Free and Walkey Pro

Walkey is free to download. Free includes 3 walks. Walkey Pro unlocks unlimited walks and extra features, listed in the app.

Subscriptions

Nothing here takes away rights that consumer law in your country gives you.

Fair use

Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer Walkey, misuse the service, or try to get around its limits. Walkey's name, design and content belong to us. Your data remains yours; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Walkey, so features can change. We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If a change matters to you, we'll say so in the app where we reasonably can.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Walkey reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as a lost streak or missed goal. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms follow the law of Romania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
