Support

Need a hand? Email help@walkeyapp.com, or open Walkey and go to Settings, then Help & Feedback. Tell us your iPhone model and what you were doing when it happened, and we'll help you get walking again.

Steps and Apple Health

My steps are missing or look wrong

Walkey gets your steps from Apple Health, so it needs permission. Open the Health app, tap your picture, tap Apps, tap Walkey, and turn on everything. Then open Walkey again.

Walkey shows a different number from another app

Apps can count from different sources or update at different times. Give the number a moment to update. If it still looks wrong, write to us and we'll take a look.

Walks and Apple Watch

Walkey isn't on my Apple Watch

Open the Watch app on your iPhone, find Walkey under Available Apps, and tap Install. You can check its status in Walkey under Settings, then Apple Watch.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

No. You can walk with just your iPhone. Walking with your Apple Watch also shows your heart rate.

Walkey Pro

How do I restore my purchase?

Open the Walkey Pro page in the app and tap Restore. Make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you bought it with.

How do I cancel?

In Walkey, go to Settings, then Walkey Pro, then Manage subscription. You can also do it in your iPhone's Settings app: tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep Pro until the paid period ends.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

How do I turn off usage data?

In Walkey, go to Settings, then Health and Permissions, then Analytics and Data Collection. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is and isn't shared.

How do I delete my data?

Deleting Walkey removes its data from your iPhone. Walks saved to Apple Health stay there until you delete them in the Health app. To ask us to delete anything we hold, email help@walkeyapp.com.
